LF: 1 melee DPS and Healer, T, Th, F 4:30-8:30 EST please read the description
We are a static of five people who all met last tier in an old static and are looking to refill our ranks for 7.2 and the new raid tier! At current we need one melee DPS and a healer. We are very LGBTQ+ friendly (and is a must from you, we will not tolerate ANY disrespect), fairly chill but knows when to lock in when needed. We do our best to keep everyone in check respectfully while not belittling or insulting anyone's progress outside of just general prog memes. We wanna make sure everyone has stress free prog experience without fear of judgement from the peers. That being said, respecting the time and effort of everyone else in the static is a must. Please be prepared to study mechanics outside of raid time to at least have basic understandings of said mechanics! WWe are looking to clear within 8 weeks time, at most 10 weeks if life circumstances or unexpected difficulties occur. This is currently a hard limit to avoid spending months and months on prog, and get our clears within a reasonable time frame. Once we clear the tier, reclears will be done as a group until everyone gets their BiS and/or mount.
We use Discord for callouts (I'll be the one doing the callouts as well), you dont need to speak, but you do need to be able to hear callouts and the discussion as a whole.
We understand folks have health/medical/personal reasons that might necessitate unexpected breaks, we will respect that even if we're serious about prog. This is still a game after all, no risking ourselves for the sake of a clear.
