About Us

Hello - we’re looking for a regen healer for 7.5 ultimate and potentially beyond. 8.0 is a bit away, but if you’re looking for a savage static too, we’re open to that. Our clear goal is around week +/- 8-10, depending on difficulty and any summer vacations. We also plan to do some reclears. We're adults in our 20’s - 30’s who have day jobs, but do end game raiding in a semi-serious fashion with jokes along the way. We want to progress and clear as fast as we can with our schedules, lives, and sanity. Five of us are hexalegends and two are quad+. Our playstyle leans sHC and our weekly time commitment is more MC-ish.

Requirements

• DSR, TOP, or FRU cleared on patch
• Decent damage and consistency
• Non-greedy player who will optimize and perform their best while putting overall team success first
• Clear respectful communication, and open to giving and receiving useful feedback
• Absolutely no tolerance for racism, genderism, sexism, griefing, bullying, or any other harmful speech/actions

Expectations

• Be on time with BiS, food, and tinctures. Notify of absences ahead of time so we can adjust the schedule or find a fill.
• If 100% group consensus, we may add extra time or days.
• Study outside of raid time with toolboxes, sims, VODs, and mit sheets. It is expected to know the prog point well and be familiar with the next major mechanic.
• You should be looking at timelines and logs to make optimizations on your job for things such as downtime, cooldown usages, multiple targets, etc.
• No usage of Triggernometry, Cactbot, auto-markers, and any other plugin for group assistance. What you have individually that won’t affect group play is totally okay.
• Some of us stream to small audiences and friends as a FYI.
• Starting schedule on day 1.

Trial

• One-time 1.5 hour trial doing some content you haven’t done in a while or at all.
• Please join voice chat, ask questions, make comments, etc. You don’t have to be extroverted, but some voice communication is required.
• What we’re looking for: consistent play, good damage and healing, appropriate use of mitigation, communication.

What to expect before ultimate release

• Some savage runs/reclears for gear
• Possibly some MINE-type savage or DSR/TOP/FRU
• These will depend on group availability and potentially other savage static obligations
