Experience: We have cleared DSR, TEA, and UWU as well as prior savage experience. About us: Some of us have been raiding with each other since the start of Endwalker, while others joined us in November.

We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and promote an atmosphere of light hearted fun, but want everyone to focus up on new mechanics.

Goals: We would like to clear the new savage tier within 1-2 months at a pace of 9 hours a week.

Expectations / Requirements:

• Be kind
• We are looking for people that ideally have prior savage experience
• As a group, we have midcore hours, but want hardcore effort.
• Be mechanically consistent
  • We put emphasis on mechanical consistency rather than on parses
• Be on time.
  • Being punctual is not only required, it is respectful of everyone else's time
• Communicate.
  • If there is something wrong, speak up instead of letting it boil over.
  • If you can't make it to raid, please let everyone know as early as possible.
• Be Prepared
  • Come to raid prepared for the upcoming mechanics. If you ever have questions, just ask. Everyone is more than happy to help clarify mechanics.
