Week One or Die Tryin

We're a group of players who cleared week 1 last tier and having a similar goal this tier with week 2 or 3 at the latest. We're currently seeking a physical range and prefer bard or dancer.

Week 1 will be 3+ hours everyday but we will be flexible to accommodate any real life situations. Weekends we will try to do 8 hours split into two sessions with a decent break in between. After 2 weeks we'll go back to a Tuesday and Thursday(if needed) for reclears.

We expect players to have a positive attitude and come ready and rested. We're looking for generally nice and normal players. We expect players to be able to communicate well and clearly and handle feedback and discussions regarding mechanics and strategy sessions. We expect players to be penta-melded with crafted sets ready to go on day 1 and have current consumables available on potential clear pulls. Studying outside of raided is expected and appreciated. We stress mechanics over damage but that doesn't mean we don't care about latter, a competent level of execution and optimization is expected. We expect this tier to be harder than last and while we expect to do we decent, we won't guarantee a week 1 clear. We will give it an honest shot.
