TLDR; Melee main seeking weekend group for opti/speeds/parses. Not interested in prog or sandbagging.

I am a melee (primarily MNK/NIN/DRG, but will play whatever is optimal) main seeking a HC weekend group for opti/speeds/parses. My main character is on Aether, but am willing to travel to other NA data centers. Check my profile for more info on me and my experience.

Group Expectations:

  • high standards for performance (including damage, consistency, communication, and attitude)
  • zero tolerance for toxicity; team members treat each other with respect while also encouraging constructive criticism
  • passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated people who play the game outside of raid
  • flexible team that will adapt and change to strats that better suit our goals
  • raid time is used efficiently and everyone is motivated to be there:
    • attendance and preparation is not a frequent issue - members come on time and prepared
    • diagrams, strats, toolboxes, mit plans, etc. studied beforehand
    • members can play comfortably and consistently without third party tools for early prog, but they are not discouraged

I am already in a long term static for prog and reclears, I am seeking a group that plays on the weekends for the purpose of parsing/speeds/opti.
