TLDR; 7.2 Dawntrail savage static. LF1M Healer. Looking for consistent prog.
Looking for ONE healer, regen preferred but accepting shield as well. Will likely be on m6s by the time I can respond.
About us:
Our static is newly formed last tier, but we have known or raided each other on and off for several tiers some as far back as alexander.
Looking for friends with willingness to improve, have fun, and make a long lasting static.
We cleared the previous tier during the 3rd week (almost got it on 2nd). While the tier overall was much easier than previous we hope we can perform similarly.
Ultimately we just don't want to hit a dead stop in prog.
After we have BiS we will do more clears for 1-2 alt jobs (depending on group interest)
Datacenter travel will probably be necessary, currently we are split 3/4 on primal/crystal.
We currently have no plans for Ultimate however we did put together a group of half of our team during the downtime after the tier to do TEA, so something similar might happen after this tier.
Current Schedule Monday,Wednesday,Thursday And our extra day would be Friday for first 2 weeks.
Expectations
- Be on time and prepared for a full uninterrupted raid session (With a 10-15 minute break)
- Voice chat required and able to talk if necessary
- Study ahead if requested
- Check discord and respond to relevant discussions and decisions such as loot, schedule, strategies
- Speak up if you do not understand something or if you feel like there is a change that needs to be made
- Take responsibility for your mistakes and able to accept criticism
- Have a positive attitude, don't start fights, and be respectful.
- Be chill but be able to lock in when needed.
- Cleared savage tiers or ultimates

We are not going for world first or parse runs but we do expect everyone to be able to play their job well and have previous experience as executing higher level mechanics(Turn 4 or Ultimate experience).
That being said the first 2 weeks probably we will be doing 4 days a week instead of the normal 3 days. This is more because at the beginning of the tier hype is big and all we want to do is raid more.
Datacenter travel may be necessary and something you account for.
