About us We are a LGBTQ+ and ND friendly group and have representatives of both groups in the static. We are a chaotic group that are in it for the long haul. The static will be 4 years old this winter. Our priority is comradery and having fun while still getting stuff done. We are a pretty adult group so 18+ please.

Group philosophy and expectations Group Vibe - Group cohesion is my number 1 priority. We're all here to enjoy ourselves and learn these fights. No bullshit, passive aggressiveness, drama, etc. Experience - I am willing to teach if you are willing to learn. No experience is required but you must be open to feedback. We all screw up, sometimes repeatedly and it needs to be discussed so the group can learn. Our group is very open about when we make mistakes. Respect for time - No one's time is more important than anyone else's. Missed raids slow everything down. We only ask for 4 hours a week so we need to make the most of it. That said things happen. We don't have an exact attendance policy but members are expected to be able to commit to making most of the raids and being on time and ready to go.
Comms - We need everyone to be able to at least listen for call outs. If you're not comfortable you don't have to talk in voice. Of note, we are a chatty group. If you are in the middle of talking and someone calls for clear comms it's nothing personal. We've all pretty much been there. Class knowledge - We are very much a lift each other up kind of group. We all get the clear or don't together and everyone's brain works differently. I am not expecting you to be an expert in your class or role but I do expect that you can take advice or constructive criticisms from myself or others in the group who are more knowledgeable in your role than me. If you are struggling with something ask! We are a friendly and open group.
