Hello!! My Static is looking for 1 Phys range DPS and 1 Melee non NIN DPS to join our static fulltime! We are Fresh on M3s at the moment so knowledge of M1s and M2s are important as we do re-clears for those weekly on reset day.
Our schedule for static meets are FRI and SAT 9pm GMT +8 / 6 am PDT / 9 am EST Re-clear meets are Tuesdays: 9pm GMT +8 / 6 am PDT / 9 am EST
Few things about the static:
We don't mind if you want extra practice or if your prog outside of Static meet up days or if you were able to clear before the static group gets the clear, so long as the group is still in prog mode for the fight. Once the group clears we want to focus on doing re-clears together so we can focus on loot distribution for everyone.
Come prepped with your gear, melding, food and pots. We do have people in the static that can help, so you're free to ask around the group if they would be willing to help craft food or pots for you. (Whatever you both decide then with regards to payment or materials gathering would be between the two of you)
We don't require for you to constantly check fflogs for your parses, but it does help with checking on DPS output that we would need to meet for the fights. Out more veteran players do provide feedback and the logs after fights. Please be open to the feedback they may have we are all trying to learn from one another.
If for some reason, you won't be able to make a prog day or reclear day, please let us know in advance so we can check in for potential subs.
If you are struggling with something, please let us know, it is better to ask than stay quiet.
We try to go in blind and prog on our own, but it is not a requirement. You are free to watch guides or read guides on the fight, just be respectful of those that want to learn by going in blind.
We have a VC that you can join in for better communication for discussions/callouts. You can stay muted if you like, I don't force anyone to be vocal or interactive.
I do stream the progs and re-clears to help review the fights

Hi hi! We are a static that consists of veteran raiders and very fresh and new raiders. We are a Casual group looking to prog and clear the current savage Dawntrail tiers, and looking to potentially continue on for the next set of savage raids to come out.
