We're a fun and casual group of people on the cusp of completing M2S and plan on finishing the tier before moving to cruiser weight. We play on Sunday starting an 6:30 and Monday nights starting at 7:30 and go to 9:30 pm CST.

I would prefer teammates who are low stress and patient but committed and who are working to improve.
