Super Cool Epic Static Group

Hello! We are an LGBTQIA+ friendly, midcore static looking to prog on upcoming Dawntrail Savage content. We currently have three slots filled with GNB,BLM, and SGE. We are looking for 2 melee DPS, a Phys Range DPS, a non GNB tank, and 1 regen healer (preferably 1 regen and 1 shield but we could talk about having 2 shield if both want to play it <3)

Raid Times (in PST) (First week of raiding will be different times that we can discuss since we want to start the day it releases 4/1 but we can follow the format below after first week): Thursday: 6:00 p.m. PST - 9:00 p.m (3 hours) Friday 5:00 p.m. PST - 8:00 p.m. (3 hours) Saturday: 6:00 p.m. PST - 9:00 p.m. (3 hours) Total weekly prog hours: 9 hours (These dont have to be the set times, we could discuss days and times we want to prog that will be easiest for everyone but ideally we would like to do 9hrs a week)

What we're looking for/expectations: Be respectful above anything else, my friend is coming back after a 2 year break (ill beat him into be the best tank you can ask for). Someone that is comfortable in their job (knowing how to mitigate and push out DPS) at an optimal level; be also open to learning/advice, as well as offering the same. Please be on time, be prepared (have studied mechanics prior to fight), and be positive. We are not hardcore, and current group members have varied experience relating to these types of fights. Patience is expected, as people learn in various ways! Mics are strongly encouraged since we are hoping to build a long term static that can have fun and joke around and that could maybe move into doing old content/new ultimate. At baseline though if you're not comfortable with mic then plan on being on voice chat to hear mechanic callouts and any pertinent raid info. I honestly just want to have fun in the game I pay for and get pretty gear/weapons etc. Gear will be given DPS>TANKS>HEALERS while the mount would be given HEALER/TANK/DPS, and new crafted/melded gear is expected to open the tier.

I would ask that you have completed a single tier to completion (i.e. 1-4 5-8 9-12) All we simply ask is to just find people who are dedicated to learning/improving while keeping a fun and toxic free environment!
