Day/Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday’s: 9P-12A EST. (one lockout ideally per day minimal)

Current Prog: M4S-EE2 to Midnight (Varies)

Static Goal: Primary: Clear each tier within 5-8 weeks. (See Patience below.)

Secondary Goal(s): Eden’s Ultimate. (We plan to do this as a static but if some are not wanting to or not up to par on a static level, there will be a side static for this.)

About Us: We are a group of friends that were apart of our own individual statics. With Dawntraill approaching, some of our statics disbanded, while some of us left willingly for our own personal reasons. Our experience varies amongst the group that ranges from savage-ultimate level content clears with most of us completing the most recent tier. We strive on having fun, joking, working together but most importantly, helping each of us improve. While parsing is nice, we strive more on getting the job done, farm it out and moving on. (Average group parsing is likely between 50-99 with some give/take.) We are all long-term players even through the content droughts. We are looking to fill out ranks with an individual that harnesses some of the expectations below.

Why join us? We love to joke and have fun but also know how to stay motivated to get the job done. Punctual, comfortable group with a dependable attendance. Core value of clearing over the parse. (Parse runs available after the clear if we as a group would like to explore that.) Laid back environment, that is chill yet focused. (We aim to synergize and make each other better.) Gear sharing! We try to let everyone get one piece of gear each weekly clear apart from the weapon which we will funnel to DPS.

Expectations (Only major ones are noted): Toxicity?: Not tolerated. Be Respectful. This includes when receiving/giving constructive criticism. Job?: Know your rotations, buffs and MITS. It's vital to meeting the checks. Timeliness?: Be punctual/great attendance. Life always comes first, so we understand. Please communicate if you are not able to raid or maybe running late. Communication?: It is key to a successful static from attendance to asking questions when progging or if you don’t understand something. Discord: Required but chatting with us is not. Gear: BIS as possible (food/pots/gear) Patience: Have it. Ideally, We want to clear 5-8 weeks. (Give/Take). It's important to stay level headed about this expectation. Mistakes: They happen. No big deal. Motivation?: We are looking for someone highly motivated and who wants to be here. Joking and fun is a must but so is putting in an earnest effort., Education?: Be willing to study any and all strats/sources material. Be willing to ask questions if needed. Experience?: Raid experience is highly preferred on a savage or higher level but not required.

We are ideally looking for a candidate that is around our prog point listed above or at least has been through M2. Although this might be impossible to find, we are open to any applicants and to help M1/2.
