[LFM7][Static][Casual][MC][Prog][NA] Nova Static

Are you looking for a static? Well we are currently recruiting~ I want this to be a friendly and chill group, that is dedicated to clearing but recognizes that people are not perfect. Be patient as we prog and learn. We meet at Times will be from 8PM EST to 12AM EST but that can change, days have not been decided as of yet. Currently only have a Regen Healer. 1. Clear current Tier of savage. Then do Ultimate if people want to. 1-3 week clears would be ideal.

2. Baby steps into mechs. We will learn and help each other as we go.

3. Please communicate on times you can make it or not. Sometimes things come up and that is alright.

4. Keep in mind this is beginner friendly. Except people to make mistakes and not be “perfect.”

5. Lastly, lets have fun. This is not a sweaty group. We will get clears, be patient and adamant.

Schedule Days to be decided by group, 8PM EST - 12AM EST. 4 lockouts

Core culture of the group Laid back in raid, but serious about clearing the content Prog comes before DPS - High dps is a combination of knowledge of your rotation and knowledge of the fight. Repeated greed deaths will not be tolerated. Feedback is critical to proging fast and clearing consistently as a group. Giving and receiving feedback will be expected, and must be done in a respectful and humble manner.

Requirements Emotional intelligence - blowups and targeted harsh criticism will not be tolerated. The members of this group have the skill to clear the content, its a matter of practicing the mechanics. Be in it for the long haul - we're looking to build a long term group to move into ulti's and hopefully the next tier of raids and possibly 8.0.

Expectations Study the fights before raid - this means watch a hector guide or equivalent, watch POV clears of your job, PF if you need practice Use food 100% of the time, use current pots on any potential clear runs or reclears Be open to giving and receiving feedback Be perfect in your gearing process: cap comedy every week, buy your bis, meld correctly Review your logs and XIVAnalysis to improve your gameplay Don't clear before the group each week, we gear up together
