Hello, this is a recruitment for Arcadian Savage 2

This group will be aiming to clear the tier in a reasonable 2-4 weeks

Our core team of 4 are experienced raiders (Savage/Ultimate), but we are ok this tier to take in somewhat newer raiders. Time to make new friends. :)

Jobs available (Recruiting for): 1) Healer (Shield) 2) Rng

Schedule: Mon Wed Thurs (Sun-optional, team will decide on a weekly basis) @ 8-11pm EST

Wanting to start on March 26 (Wed) with normal mode or new Primal for wpns

Expectations of new recruits:

-Be ready and on time for agreed days Discord available, so use it to advise if you're going to be late or absent.

-Have your Crafted gear/Food/Pots ready for raid. We can help with these if needed.

-Communication is welcomed here, so feel free to bring up helpful observations, but also be receptive to criticism. Basically, be an adult and talk like one, no need to fly off the handle. We are here to have fun and meet the goal of clearing and gearing.

-Have patience, this is a prog group. Mistakes happen, so be ok with them

-I do not care about your parse while we have yet to clear a fight. You can optimize as you go, but do not throw pulls or snap at others because they ruined your run. There are parse groups out there, go find them. That being said, plz know how to at least press your buttons. :)

-Also, we expect you to stay with the group for 8 clears of M8S, so all can have their mounts.
