We are looking for a regen healer to go into next tier Savage. We're a long-term group that has been together since late Shadowbringers. We have fairly MC hours but a SHC mentality. We don't have a lot of hours but we are expected to make meaningful prog every raid day. We've cleared UCOB, DSR, TOP, FRU as a group together. Our recent ultimate (FRU) we cleared with 552 pulls. Multiple hexa-legends, whatever, all we care about is if you can press buttons like a dps monkee lol. We have a regen healer coming back for Ultimate so this would likely only be for Savage.
We are looking for someone who is able to plan their own mitigation without requiring usage of "mitplan" optimize damage when needed, ability to communicate, and contribute to strats. We are not the type to use PF strats if there are strats we deem to be better. We will find what works for us as a group whether it will be a PF Strat or not.
