TLDR; W1&W2 5 days, maybe 7 upon agreement for 3 hours each Regular Schedule - W & Fri 9pm to 12am
Our team is currently looking for an 8th to fill out our team. Either a Tank or Caster We are MC group with sHC schedule to start. We enjoy trying clear as fast as possible through our set times on Weds & Friday. 9pm est to 12am est with a third floater day agreed upon the week prior. Week1/Week2 we go 5 days or more if the team wants to push at the same times. Ultimate up for discussion, more on that later.
We focus on prog/clear first above everything, we don't go in blind, we read and look at strats through the day. Our goal is at minimum is to clear first three floors week 1, then aim for W2/W3 clear. We can also help with gear/food/pots if needed, help with tome mats is usually all we ask help with.
We are all friends and looking or someone long term for our group. We are pretty chill, banter and have been playing the games from 2.X and other who started at 5.X. We play XIV together, do extremes and during off patch or downtimes play other games together.

Our goal is always prog and prog efficiently while having fun. We are just gamers that enjoy raiding in a timely manner and play other gamers together during down time.
Ultimate is optional but open to doing together.
