7/8 static looking for the following role(s): Non-NIN Melee or Fake Melee Caster
Static Expectations:
- Midcore, Emphasis on Learning and Improvement
- Savage clear by Week 10
- Ultimate clear by next Savage Patch
- Long-term static that continues to meet up for new high-end content (extremes, unreal, later tiers, ultimate, etc)
- Open and collaborative raid communication
- No expectation to be blind, feel free to watch World's First races, streams, and guides to help expedite and optimize prog.
- Potential absences must be communicated as soon as possible, frequent tardiness and absences will result in removal from static.
- Free to flex within role, note that gear deficiencies (ex. Maiming -> Striking) will be your responsibility.
- Potential role swaps must be communicated with me and whoever is swapping.
- Potential collab with other groups for Chaotic Alliances.
- Constructive and driven prog attitudes.
- Prepare through gear, consumables, and research.
