Hi! Our static is looking for a willing and happy volunteer to occupy Pictomancer jail for us in FRU reclears for the next few months. We prefer Pictomancer because it's just too good at everything and provides a comfy security blanket in every phase. (For real, SE please fix job balance, ty. Sincerely, IronCurry.)

Goal: Collect a FRU totem relatively quickly and smoothly each week until the next savage tier, without needing to wait too long in PF for a group to fill.

Strategies: Lesbin, though for double melee vs. double caster, please be a little flexible with addle / grassa timings. We aim for a slow killtime in p1 (2:40+) so none of us pot our openers.

Schedule: Tuesdays, 20:30 to 23:30 US Eastern. If for whatever reason (i.e. DDOS) we cannot raid on Tuesday, we'll still prioritize raiding with each other as opposed to random and find another time, using PF to fill as needed.

Requirements / Expectations

• Experience: Cleared FRU on PCT (of course), with log(s) showing good execution during Crystallize Time and Phase 5, i.e. reasonable damage / uptime during mechanics, mitigation usage, no damage downs, no deaths (that were your fault; we have all been griefed by someone stealing our cleanse puddle :) ). If your CT+ performance isn't clean, please practice in sims and PF as needed.
• Add-ons: No live gameplay assistance tools, e.g. cactbot, ACT triggers, cammy, splatoon, ACR's, etc. Exceptions for NoClippy / XIVAlexander are OK, as long as they're only used to simulate low ping for your buttons. We'll use ACT for logs of course. Sim is fine as it's completely outside the game.
• Voice Chat: Please be present and listening in the discord channel for regular communication.
• Behavior: Please treat others how you wish to be treated, and show respect for other people's time and effort. Specifics -
  • Respect Others: Please be considerate and make an effort to understand others' perspectives. LGBTQIA friendly.
  • Punctuality: Be ready to raid on start time. Let us know ASAP if you can't make it.
  • Accountability: Own your performance and take responsibility for improving yourself and fixing any mistakes. Aspire to improve. Be receptive to constructive, data-driven criticism.
