Casual Claw Machine

Hello, This static is created with the intent to introduce players to end game raiding to see if it is for them. Our current goal is to do the most recent extreme trial, then do Endwalker Savages unsynced, and then Dawntrail Savages. We are looking for 3-4 players of almost any role as several of our members can flex. The days we raid are not set yet. There are some requirements before joining but it is basically the basics of raiding.

1. Know how to play the job you've selected. You don't have to be perfect but you should not be asking what's my rotation?
2. Be geared out in 710+ gear.
3. Show up to raid on time.
4. Notify the raid leader or several members that you will not be able to make it or will be late.
5. Have raid food. It's currently, Moqueca for almost every job.
6. Watch a guide for the fights. This is NOT a blind run. You're not expected to memorize the guide, it's to prevent you from being completely lost.
7. Be in the Discord channel. You don't have to speak but you should be listening.
8. You will be made fun of.
9. If you have a genuine problem with somebody, you talk to them privately or the raid leader.
10. It's okay to be frustrated, it's not okay to take your frustration out on other people.
11. It's okay to be bad, it's not okay to stay bad. Be receptive to help and ways to improve.
12. Someone will probably be streaming so be ok with that.
