What we’re looking for Past Ultimate Experience any/or: (TEA, DSR, TOP) Familiar with the current NAUR/Pastebin strats (we’re not making anything new, but may use alternate strats) Study outside of raid. Raid times are for pulling the boss, we want to leave MOST discussions outside of raid times. (We may do some SIM practice if we feel its needed) Give and take feedback. We're not here to point fingers and blame someone every wipe, we address things as they are brought up. Relatively chill/mature folks will go a much longer way than experience or parses.
