TLDR; any fight, several jobs, i just want to raid

Hello, I am trying to get into current tier savage and ultimate raiding. I started playing in late April 2024 and haven’t put the game down since. Was hoping to clear current tier then start ultimate until 7.2 but down for anything. I really want to play as viper but will swap if needed at this point. Jobs I have geared are below with my confidence rank out of 10 next to them.

Schedule: My work schedule changes as far as what days I work but I’m free 10pm est to whenever est, regardless of the day

Honestly at this point, I just want to raid in a static so I’ll do whatever role for whatever fight. I’m a quick learner, I don’t do anything but work while thinking about the game and playing the game. I’ll study and practice as much as I have to. I use the balance when I learn a job for gearing/melds and rotations, I have recommended raid food, recommended pots. I have 0 logs to show, but I’ve cleared DT ex3, I’ve done p4s unsynced and gotten to HC in p8s. Farmed all EX mounts to endwalker where I have about half of the lynxs. I know these are nothing but it’s all I’ve done. Just need 1 group to give me a shot. I promise nobody’s more dedicated or commited
