TLDR; War Main, FRU hopeful, want to clear by Arcadion tier 2 at latest.

Looking for a FRU static with plans to clear before the second arcadion tier. I've been raiding since Shadowbringers with Eden and have Ultimate experience but no clears thanks to time commitments (I only have around 3-4 hours a night max, sometimes less due to rl commitments, so without a static a clear is harder to come by). I'm used to prog and redoing the same thing for weeks on end as I have cleared anabaseios and arcadion light-heavyweight on-content and farmed them both for the next 2 months straight to get weapons/mounts for the entire static. I'm willing to transfer to any NA DC for raiding, but I'm not permanently moving my character as I have an fc on Coeurl already.
