TLDR; Midcore LFG for 7.2 , late schedule besides tuesday /wed , open to blind but not req. MNK/PCT

Hi My name is Soul I'm currently looking for a Raid Group for the Upcoming 7.2 raid tier (and further if things go well). I Mostly play MNK / PCT but I don't mind playing other Jobs such as BLM,SAM or SCH. I have a somewhat weird schedule due to work but I'm available Thurs-Sun 11pm-1am EST , Mon 11pm- 2am (maybe longer), Tues I'm available all day and Wednesday I'm available all day until 1 AM. I'm open to blind prog or using resources.
