Hi, I'm a Tank player looking into options for the next Savage tier. I guess I'd put myself in the "sHC" category.

I'm based in the UK (but playing on NA servers), so I'm aiming for earlier hours. Ideally I would like my raiding hours to be somewhere between 1pm and 7pm EST, open to going a bit later on certain days, but would have a hard cut off of 9pm EST. I am also unavailable after 5pm EST on Saturdays.

I'm a PLD main, and have raided on this job for the last few tiers. I would also be open to playing GNB, though I'm not quite as well practiced at it. No preference between MT or OT. For a group running at ideal times I could consider MNK or MCH, although I'm not as strong on DPS roles as Tank.

My goal would likely be to aim for the week 3-4 timeframe. I'd be open to going for a taking time off of work for a week 1 group with a group if it's a great fit for times and vibes. I'm fairly flexible on days/hours within the time range, I guess I'd look at something in the range of 3-4 days a week, 10-15 hours, maybe more in week 1.

I've been playing on and off since ARR, but didn't start raiding until EW. I started out in a Casual static with my FC, later took myself into PF when I wanted to progress a bit further, and got my first tier clear with P12S. This tier I cleared M1S and M2S in PF/ad hoc groups in week 1, before joining a static and clearing the tier in week 3-4. I've cleared TEA and I'm almost done with UCOB, though I didn't get far in FRU this tier due to scheduling. I also teach Savage fights to newer raiders in a learning server, and I like making raidplans/diagrams/written breakdowns of mechanics, and will happily do so for the new tier. I'll be continuing to raid with my FC on a casual basis, but I have two characters so this won't affect another group.

For the sort of group I'm looking for, I guess it's the usual sort thing that people say "a group that's focused and committed, but knows how to have fun". It's important to me that the group is punctual, people are dedicated to getting the clears, spend time studying roles, know their jobs well, etc. But I also like to enjoy my time raiding, and to get along with the people I raid with - I want to have fun too. I want the group to take raiding seriously, but not just dead silent for the duration of our raid time. A bit of joking around and chatting is appreciated, as long as it's not constant talking throughout the pulls, since it can get a bit distracting.
