TLDR; Shield healer LF FRU group, has ADHD and struggles to stay focused, wants a quiet group.

Hello! I'm a veteran shield healer (SCH/SGE) looking for a mid-core(ish?) group for the next ultimate (FRU). I've been a SCH main for over 10 years, I've cleared every ultimate so far, and participated in every savage raid tier.

With that said, I know from past experiences that I struggle during ultimate prog and I'm looking for a group that is patient and supportive. I strongly believe my ADHD is the source of my struggles, I have a very difficult time staying focused. I believe that too much chatter on voice has generally been the biggest source of distraction for me. I am looking for a group whose overall vibe is quiet, there is nothing wrong with light banter here and there, but I can't handle loud outburst or people raising their voices. It's crucial that comms remain clear during pulls.

I'd love to clear before patch 7.2 but I don't have a lot of confidence in my ability to do so. I'm looking for a group that isn't dead set on clearing before patch 7.2 and won't try to oust me should I be the one who holds the group back from doing so.

I'm available Sunday-Thursday, and Friday or Saturday (one or the other) from 5-11 PM EST. I'm looking to raid around 10hrs/wk. No more than 3hrs per raid session, that's the longest I can stay focused for.

I prefer to remain muted on voice.

I'm only interested in FRU at this time. If I like the group I might be open to sticking around long term but I won't commit to that right away.

I would greatly prefer to raid with other veteran raiders but I acknowledge that a group of veteran raiders that meet my above requirements probably doesn't exist.
