TLDR; LFG with coms to get better at the game, gear up, and get into ultimates. Current tier and beyond!

I am a healer main in any game I play and FFXIV is no exception. Now that I have made it to endgame, I want to get out of PF and into a static to better hone my skills and have the true endgame experience.

I want a group to prog/complete/catchup on the current savage tier and get geared so I can jump into all the new content in the game.

I have cleared M1S and all the DT extremes so far, but party finder was not my cup of tea, too much time wasted waiting for groups to fill or disbanding quickly. I am hoping to find a static that wants to grow with me and is okay with me being a new endgame raider.
I learn quickly, and if you are nice to me I will do even better :). With voice communication I know it will help me lock-in to FF raiding.

My MMO experience is that I used to play WoW very casually, only really doing Mythic+, but quit in Shadowlands. I swapped to FFXIV and never looked back. Throughout the story I fell in love with the gameplay and always saw a lot of potential I never experienced in WoW.
