I am a swing shift worker that would like to be in a focused and goal-oriented static in order to improve my skills in my favorite job, and I'd like that static to be able to effectively communicate calls, commands, and schedules, provide a team mitigation plan, proactively gear up, study and ask questions, and efficiently clear some of the most difficult content in this game.
