I have been raiding since Sigmascape and tend to flip back and forth between AST/WHM (depending on how they massacre my preferred job -AST). Alphascape is probably my favorite tier that I raided while current, but Titan was my favorite savage boss. I've never tried an Ultimate fight, but I'd like to one day when I dedicate the time.
