Experience
Originally started raiding in Endwalker but quickly stopped due to crippling fear of party finder. Joined again in the second tier with my current static and got to phase two of P8s. Third tier came out and I cleared it with my current static, looking to clear once again for Dawntrail. I ain't no top damage dealer, but I'm consistent.
