I drew the short straw on running static recruitment, I want to clear the current raid tier and EW extremes, and I have aspirations for Ultimate.

Started raiding right around the release of P9S-P12S, I was a member of a super casual static where only about 1/2 of the static had any interest in clearing. I have cleared P9S, although it has been a few months since I've gotten to play it as our static dissolved so I'm a bit rusty.
