Fresh to the raiding/static scene in FFXIV. Mainly played it on an off casually since I played WoW for many years as tank (since 2005 despair). Now I mainly play FFXIV and want to get into extremes/savages and beyond.

Completely understand that I'm coming into this game as a nobody and happy with that. I just want to chill, have fun, kill stuff and clear.

As for me, I'm a late 30 year old man from the US with a deep southern draw for a voice that just wants to blast and have fun.

Was a tank in WoW, had 3k IO in DF Season 3 and used to raid at around a top 50 world back in WoD/Legion which I know means nothing for this game, but wanted to give an example that I understand raid environments and how to approach fights.

As for logs, chances are I don't have any current and if I do, they are probably horrible LOL. I messed around with FF logs in EW just to figure out how it works in this game, but never really did anything.

While I've tanked at a high a long time in other games, I don't really want to do that in this game. Just want to blast as a dps, but I'll usually have a tank leveled cause old habits die hard.

As for what content I've actually cleared in this game when it was current, back in EW I did PF the first two extremes and A1S when it came out as PLD/SAM but that's about it.
