About Me I am new to FF14 raiding but not raiding in MMOs in the slightest, ive raided in ESO for the past 8+ years pretty hardcore. I am looking for a raid team that is willing to take a chance on a new player who is willing to learn and accepts and takes criticism very well.

What im looking for A team who is ambitious but not raiding 7x a week 5+hrs, a nice middle would be perfect. (Ideally 3-4 days, 3-4hrs at most) Times that work for me are 10am-2:30pm CST or 10pm-3/4am CST any days of the week work perfect for me A strong culture with people I can learn the game with at a competitive yet encouraging environment I want a group to call a home where we raid and push content as a consistent group rather than doing one raid and disbanding, again I want a team to call home.

I am currently only interested in tanking at the moment, I have a GNB, DRK, and a warrior I am working on at the moment. I do see myself branching out and trying other jobs in a raid environment after I get some clears under my belt.
