Hey there! I'm Kaz; I started raiding back in late Shadowbringers, and have cleared every tier since on various jobs as well as the Ultimates. I have been in various groups, from new players trying to get into extreme content for the first time, to some of the top parsers and streamers in the game and fighting alongside them. I prioritize group cohesion and attitude more than anything. I want people to get along and respect one another as we work together to earn shiny weapons and more. I seek to play with others that want to have fun and a positive attitude. I keep my logs private in a stance against bullying, but I have no problem reviewing them together with a team on the runs that we make together; so as to discuss cooldowns, mitigation use and more.
