Personally, I'm highly focused on pre-study and pre-discussion of strats and mechanics, evaluating various guides as they become available. I'm not the "just pull again" type and want complete :left: Diagnosis :right: of a pull so we avoid making the same mistakes and can learn from each other. I record my own VODs for review and I'm very comfortable with log analysis to pick apart how the mechanic actually works, instead of just executing a pre-solved script.
A very important note: I'm deaf and will not be in a voice call for callouts, full stop. I'm confident learning mechanics without needing callouts and have done so the past several tiers and ultimates. If that's a problem, consider your biases. Perfectly comfortable and communicative in party chat and pre-raid strat discussion on discord.
