Hi! I'm Skies, but you can also call me D'fhiri (my character's name). I main WAR and I've been raiding since late Anabeseios.

I'm new to raiding in FFXIV but not new to raiding overall! I used to be part of a static group in WoW for clearing Mythic raids back in BFA. I find it very satisfying to succeed at difficult mechanics, and to work together as a group. I especially love the "dance" of FFXIV raids - learning specific positioning, getting it under your fingers and enjoying the rhythm of it is one of the most wonderful things I've experienced.

That being said, I'm also not an extremely serious raider. I prefer vibes over performance, and I like to joke around and have a good time. But I do think there's a tight balance to maintain, because vibes will get worse when people perform poorly, and group morale is really important.
