Looking for a mature team looking to make the most of our raid time together. I am timely and will communicate if I run into a conflict or issue. Genuine respect for ones abilities, learning styles, and opinions is important. No good team prog is without open communication; this means looking for opportunities to celebrate members strengths as well as offer feedback that is helpful and useful.
