Experience
Been raiding in MMOs since Wrath of the Lich King in WoW and started raiding in FFXIV during Deltascape (bar a few tag-along participations in A9S and A10S). Been raid leading for about 10 years and I have a pretty set way of doing things, not to say I'm beyond further development and adjusting for people.
